And his brain damage was very much still there. But given the anger 'locked up' in Rocky, I guess he just didnt care anymore.
Also, thats why his liscence was denied the first time.
AND Dixon said he would go easy on him as long as Rocky didnt hurt him, so Rocky didnt (in the beginning of the fight) take too much.
I think the series was rounded up perfectly. It was unrealistic to expect a win.
The circular effect of having a technical defeat but with amazing effort was awesome.
