Sloppy writing, poor acting, weak character development, and sub par VFX compared to SM2 and other films which use alot of CG.

Nothing ruined the movie for me, but more character development, particularly with Brock/Venom would have been appreciated.

Didn't live up to the hype and really just didn't feel like a Spider man movie. The other two spiderman films had heart and good story telling.

This third one felt messy, like they were just like "uhhh, here you go."

Wasn't TERRIBLE, but disappointing. I'm glad the Dark Knight fullfilled the empty hole spiderman 3 left in my heart, redeamed it. Now I can die happy.

LMFAO!!!! "Uhhh, here you go" HAHHA so true man. What REALLY REALLY ruined it was that gay ass parade where they had little todlers in spidey shirts with spidey balloons and then he swings in high five-in like a fairy. "Shazaam!!"

I just shook my head in shame. The Dark Knight truly was the apology for all these **** comic book movies. Thank you Mr. Nolan. Like you said... "Now I can die happy"
