According to FilmForce, Sai Mawn has been cast in Rambo IV: In the Serpent's Eye. He was cast out of a pool of 300 applicants. The filmmakers were reportedly "looking for a 'Burmese male, 32-40, military-looking man, character face, unlikable.' The role is described as that of "a brutal Burmese officer."
