Because of its success at the U.S Box office over the weekend granted, it still managed to have its bootie whooped by the slipshod Meet the Spartans producer Harvey Weinstein has already given the greenlight - interesting, since Weinstein doesn't actually own the rights to the series, NuImage does - to another Rambo movie.

Rambo, starring Sylvester Stallone - and his steroid-induced canons - as an aging brute who plays snap the neck with the Burmese military, managed to pull in a solid $18.8 million over the weekend at the box office. By comparison tough, 1988s Rambo 3 pocketed $53 million total. Granted, the film is expected to do better overseas (it doesn't open in Australia until Feb).

Still, Weinstein thinks theres life in the Rambo series yet.

The oversized producing magnate tells Deadline Hollywood Daily that he already envisions a Rambo 5 and would like to bring the character back to the United States".

An insider tells The Sun said bosses were keen to get a move on with ''Rambo 5'' - saying: Slys 61. He cant be an action hero forever.

Rambo 4 I have to say was the best of them all but they should just leave it at that. It was a phenomenal sequel to the old franchise but Rambo 5 I think would really be pushin it. Theres no need for a fifth sequel, the last one I have to say ended on a high note. Please Hollywood have a shed of dignity and decency that you pretty much through out of a widow multiple stories up and do the right thing.
