Have you all lost your minds?!!
Look any true X-men fan would be up in arm against another X-men movie. Now first yes as far as movies go they are good. The second was terrific with Nightcrawler. However the X-men have pretty much been slaughtered by these movies. First and formost the majority of the mutants shown (like Rogue, Ice man, Pyro, Shadowcat, Jubilee) are way out of their age. Doesn't anyone know that Ice man was an orignal member of the X-men way before Storm?? The first X-men were Jean, Iceman, Cyclops, Beast, and the Angel! No I don't think they should have used them as the first movie but they could have actually had a better story and had everyone there real ages. My God Jubilee doesn't even show up later! Who's idea was it to have them all as kids?! That bloody sucks! Second your cramming way to much of the story lines into places they don't even fit. The Phoinex?? Someone shoot them please. And why do they have Logan as the leading character? You can't have an X-men movie just based on him. Go create a Weapon-X movie if you want Wolverine. If they wanted a movie to sell Wolverine that would have done great. But no they ruin the x-men in more than one way and focus it on Logan. I was horribly disappointed with both movies. X-men don't center around Wolverine, why do you think his was given his own comic? He got to be too big that he was overshadowing the plot in the other comics, and they had to meet the demand for him anyway. But back to the point, none of the movies should have ever, ever, and do I mean ever be based one character. I'm sorry but I am a fan however with the butchery that was done to them ain't can't say I want to see another X-men movie. Having one guy the center of the story while the director crams as much of the story line (which isn't even being presented properly) into one film. It's called overkill without reason. The first movie should have had the team (Cyclops, Jean, Beast, Wolverine, Gambit, Rogue, Storm) fighting off the Sentinals or something. Not to much and not too little. It would have made a good movie. Then they could have done something with the school and such. Just a bunch of stupid mistakes. Peace out. Just wishin they wouldn't butcher such things when there is hardly a way to go wrong with them.
