"Mike Myers has two of the most lucrative comedy franchises in history, with "Austin Powers" and "Shrek." As "Shrek the Third" rolls out to theaters, with Dreamworks planning "Shrek 4" and other spin-offs, Myers has not laid his international man of mystery to rest yet either, reports Rotten Tomatoes.
"There is one that we have an idea about. The only thing I will say is that it's entirely from Dr. Evil's point of view. It would be the first of his trilogy."
When asked if a trilogy might be too daunting of a task, Myers replied, "That was a joke. I just love the bluster of saying that it's a trilogy. Yes, it's a twenty-five part series. No it's not. I'm just joking."
Makes you wonder though.
