Dr. Evil cloned Austin's father and kept the real one in hostage. He made the clone evil, and made him tell Austin that Dr. Evil was his brother. But really, it's all a set-up so that Dr. Evil can kill Austin! So what will happen in the 4th one is Austin will capture his real dad and Scott will probably take over the family buisness til' Dr. Evil does something like make a secret layer in the earth or something weird.
