A villain hired from a carnival
by Dr, Evil's son Scotty(Darth Vader feel)
It embodies 3 things that Austin fears the most:
small hands, smell of cabbage, Carnies
Dr. Evil is good now
and becomes like a Q character
Thin Bastard has an elastic super human
quality to his skin and helps out Austin, but very little
Since Scotty slowly lost his hair in the last one, by turning evil.
I think it would be funny if Scotty's brain keeps getting bigger
because he's becoming smarter, and you can see the pulsing veins.
and throughout the movie its a blessing and a curse
his plans keep getting more elaborate and intelligent
but it keeps getting harder to escape because his head is too heavy.
and Austin could make fun of him and that would make him even more angry.
