I was wondering if anyone knows how much Star Trek has made at the box office? Rotten Tomatoes has it at roughly $222 Million. Is that domestic? Just curious since Star_Trekker has predicted a bigger gross than Transformers...

Sorry. As good as Trek was, TF2 is going to be the king this year without any problem. The biggest complaint people had about the first one was too much human crap. Trust me when I say there's barely any in the sequel. The robot action is right from the start to the very end. I'm just hoping the end of the book is also an after the credits type deal in the film.

2. Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen
3. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
4. Star Trek
5. Fast and Furious

I don't really care anymore. TF2 might make more money but to me Star Trek is the movie of the year. TF2 is gonna be a good movie and I will enjoy it but my heart is more towards to Star Trek as the best movie this year. Star Trek really deserves to be #1 for once because it is the most human and inspirational series ever.

You probably didn't know this but the John F. Kennedy Space Center even shown the new Star Trek movie in their visit center's IMAX Theater which I think was pretty cool when I went there to see the space shuttle Atlantis take off 3 weeks ago.

Sadly, I thought the human element was the best part of the movie. Certianly better than hearing Jazz speak or watching Bumblebee urinate on people.
