Over at IGNFilmForce they have posted a news story on JP4 and they are saying that the original film cast will return in JP4 which will include:

Sam Neill, Jeff Goldblum, Richard Attenborough (John Hammond), and Ariana Richards (Hammond's granddaughter) and Vince Vaughn will be back to reprise his lost world role.

The site also reports that paleontologist Dr. Jack Horner has been actively working as a scientific advisor for the film and spielberg is still involved in producing the film.
