i actually look forward to seing what jurrasic park 4 has to offer- and theres no doubt about it- the first one made history- i enjoyed all 3 so far- and to those who really didnt enjoy it- theres nothing we can do about that-i mean- i own all 3 on dvd- i own lots of old movies- cause all these movies with be worth alot of money in say 20, 30 years from now

ye mean, they're worth a lot when the discs have become so old they can't never be played ever again? j/k have all three too btw . . . but that doesn't mean I don't believe JP3 was anything other than a waste of a perfectly good franchise though it did feature nice dinosaurs . . . oh well

Well, technically a DVD should last forever as long as it doesn't get damaged. All the player does is scan it was a laser.

Other than some new dinosaur, what can this movie possible offer that is new?
dunno, but I remember some interview with spielberg himself, it was in the german magazine called ' cinema ', was part of the JP3 coverage (meaning it was printed even before JP3 was released here), and in it he, spielberg, said that he had some great/grand ideas for a JP4 . . . I'm still (maybe vainly) wishing that wasn't "hollywood-talk"
