i just want to say the Director's Cut is ten times better then the Theatrical Cut. If Director's Cut was the Theatrical Cut. DD2 would be out by now. it goes to show how movie Studios really know how to screw up a good movie.

Yeah, it's only about 10 minutes more stuff, but some things are cut too... like the "love scene" between matt and elektra. Mind you, as the commentary on the director's cut says, the absence of that love scene and the adding of other stuff turns the whole feel of the movie into something different... it's less of a pop-culture "you killed my girlfriend" revenge thing and rather the more detail of matt's personal struggle. Sure he and elektra share a moment, but it's not as big in the director's cut story as it was in the theatrical version.
