I just like doing the '!'.
Benedict is hot on the case of finding the 11 with the help of an informant, he does so. He gives all 11 a visit, each of which are now doing something totally different in live, criminal or not.
Benedict tells each of them that he wants his money back in 2 weeks. If not he will kill them and that he has hunted them down before and he will do it again.
The 11 have no choice but to come together to devise a way to get him his money back, plus interest ($190 million). They decide to go to Amsterdam to steal the very first share certificate, although its only worth $2 million.
They work for a week trying to find out a way to steal it from the old man that owns it. They get to the vault only to find that it is already open and the share, taken. All thats left is a wooden fox statue (2 inches large).
Brad was dating Veta-Jones, a cop in Amsterdam three years earlier. She knows hes a thief but has no evidence. She tells him about the best thief in the history of the world 'The Red Fox'. Hes robed every major museum in the world. Nobody has seen his face or a photo of him.
It takes ocean 5 minutes to find out who he is and hunt him down. The Red Fox tells ocean that he is the best theif in the world and ocean isnt better then him. To see who is the best, they have a competition to The Golden Egg. If ocean can steal it first, Fox will pay the $190 million to Benedict.
SPOILER:
Towards the end, Fox turns 8 of the eleven into the police, they are all arrested whilst lining up to the museum that holds the Golden Egg. Damon, Cheadle and some other dude, are all thats left now. The pressure is on them 3 to steal it, but that is impossible.
I (Cosmo) keep on seeing this clip on TV and in the trailer with Damon talking to Julia in the back seat of a car Julie:"so who am I supposed to be?" Damon:"Well!". That line is what made me want to see it to see what role she played.
Damon and the other 2 call up Tess (Julia) in America and ask her to come to Amsterdam. She gets there and they tell her she has to help them steal it. Her role is to pretend that she is to celebrity because she looks like one. The celebrity is none other then Julia Roberts herself.
Film was good, with a little twist at the end which I didnt see coming (i usually notice twists). The part that lost me was Tess pretending to be Julia Roberts to steal the egg. |
