“Bogota isn't that way...”

Anticipation Level:
How excited (or not) I am to see this movie...
My wife and I loved the movie. It has many nice things as humor, action, tons of bullets... :-P

I rate this movie as ****.

But...

There's one thing we didn't like, and it's about the way Bogota (Colombia) is presented there. We live in Bogota, we were born here, and we like to make the world know that Bogota isn't a small lost Mexican town. We're Colombian, and we have our own image.

Bogota is a metropolis, with almost 8 million people living here, and "war", as presented in the movie, isn't lived here, at least not in this way. Bogota is cold, and there isn't that tropical heat showed there.

I guess there was not enough documentation about our country, and scenes like those don't let people from another countries know better about the beauty of Colombia, and instead this paradise is presented as a hell.

Please, directors: take your time to know better. Not all Latins are Mexicans.
