If doing a remake of Dawn of the Dead wasn't enough to infuriate horror fans, those who did like it are now finding themselves a bit peeved because they're being deprived of a little boobie action in the U.S. DVD release of Dawn of the Dead: The Unrated, Director's Cut.

Over on the message boards at Film Talk there's some discussion surrounding the U.S. disc and overseas release of the new Dawn. The scene laid out on the table? A shot when Anna approaches a naked and confused gal who wanders in front of Anna's car. Early screen shots of the uncut edition revealed that you could indeed see this chick in all her nekkid glory, but apparently for the U.S. DVD it appears some digital blood has been splashed onto Anna's windshield to conceal the exposed pair of breasts (pictured). The UK and Hong Kong editions are not so restrictive.
