Harry's Eyes in American Cover, really interesting

So if you look at this , which is the American cover, look at Harry's eyes and you see two things:

1. His right eye is green, his left is darker, like a hazel or light brownish. Could be the lighting that causes that, which means that Mary Grandpre is really good to pick up that subtle change in lighting; as a portrait artist myself, this happens.
But it could also be significant. James' eyes are hazel...

2. Look even closer in Harry's left eye, and you don't see a pupil, but a dark shape, a shape of a raven or crow. Some type of bird. In the other eye, it is a slightly different shape, and it is no pupil Mary drew in there. The highlights are weird too, instead of a dot or oval, like they usually are, it is a streak in both eyes.

Strange, no?

Either way, the highlights... the shapes, everything part of Harry's eyes are unusual. Trust me, I have done a fair share of painting eyes, and this is not the traditional way. This is significant.

There's no way in hell I'm gonna attempt to make something out of that picture. I'd go nuts. But nice find. Good imagination. But I got burned out from the Spidey 3 "WHAT VILLAIN IS IN HIS EYE!!!!????" chaos that went down a while back.

I have always found it weird that the Avada Kedavra and Harry's eyes are the same color. Maybe his eyes were hazel and they turned green after the AK hit him... heck, I dunno. Where Lily fits in there is beyond me.

But I like the idea of Fawkes and even Harry conjuring a bird out of his hand, or maybe conjuring Fawkes or something, calling him in a way like in the Chamber of Secrets.
