Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire “Nobody else BUT Radcliffe” — originaldarkangel [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... First of all, let me kill the hopes and dreams of anyone who is expecting the sixth book out anytime soon by informing you that J.K. is pregnant... again! Now some of you might think that this definitely requires a new Harry Potter actor because by the time the later movies are released Daniel will be too old. Well here's my opinion. First of all, turn on your tv. All those shows such as Dawson's creek, Roswell, ER, etc. have actors playing characters some of which are TEN YEARS younger than themselves. Do you honestly think there is any other person besides Radcliffe who could portray Harry after the success of not one, not two, but three major motion pictures? Be honest, how many of you were disappointed with Speed 2 minus Keanu? It's just not the same. There's nothing wrong with Daniel Radcliffe. He was chosen as a young actor because the character was young but give him a break. He is definitely growing as an actor and hiring someone else is not only a slap in the face to him, but also to all of the Harry Potter fans, of which there are billions.
