He wants to do Guys & Dolls. He wants to make a romantic comedy. He wouldn't mind playing the Silver Surfer in a movie of the Marvel comic book, because like Diesel's own vague ethnic background and broad appeal, "the Surfer is an intergalactic superhero," who is "one step further than all these regional superheroes."
