The folks over at Ain't It Cool News recently dropped a rumor that Keanu Reeves could be playing the titular character in the upcoming feature adaptation of SILVER SURFER. There's also been rumors that the upcoming FANTASTIC FOUR sequel may feature Surfer and his planet-devouring master Galactus. Whether Reeves would appear in the FF sequel as a way to introduce the character before giving him an outright feature or his casting is separate from Surfer in the FF sequel is unknown. Come to think of it, the whole thing is unknown. All these are just rumors at this point. Having said that, Reeves seems like a good choice for Surfer. Just look at him. Shave his head, Slap some shiny silver paint on him and that's your Surfer right there.
