It is an Australian film and came out like a year ago (that being here in Australia). It stars Guy Pierce and a guy from The Secret Life of Us (which you have probably never heard of), and I know some others and it's in a magazine I've got somewhere but I can't find it. Very good movie, I recommend it. I will admit though that Australian movies always seem to involve crooked cops...
