Mystic River “Mystic River Falls Apart” — Giddiyup [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... What began as a reasonably good film, fairly well written and acted, fell apat near it's conclusion due to either the author or the screenwriter. What happened was that the suspect character had a way out, he was not condemned by fate as the film would have it, but for reason of the plot, the lead characters and audiences attention was led astray in order to conclude the film in a mystical kinda way... cough.
