Wellesley native Ari Graynor has signed up to play Eve Pigeon in ''Mystic River,'' the Clint Eastwood -directed version of Dennis Lehane 's bestseller, which will film in the Boston area for six weeks this fall. Graynor gained notice on the third season of the HBO hit ''The Sopranos'' as Meadow Soprano's less-than-stable college roommate, Caitlin Rucker. She is fresh off a starring turn in the 2econd Stage Theatre's production of ''Spanish Girl'' in New York City. Graynor, a 2001 graduate of the Buckingham, Browne & Nichols School, is a sophomore at Trinity College.
