your id picture thing you talking about if so its usualy instantanious and changes when you post after updating but sometimes it can take a few hours i just log right out go off the net then log on again and its uaualy there

Delete those temporary files using "Help>Internet Option". Delete all of them and then change the av. It took me less than five seconds. Thanks to the mods (Vans).
