February 19, 2007 — "Ghost Rider", starring Nicholas Cage and Eva Mendes, was the number one film for the weekend, earning an estimated $51.50 million over three days despite poor reviews. "Bridge to Terabithia" also opened strong with $29.00 million, receiving very good reviews. The film, which is based on a children's book of the same name, stars Anna Sophia Robb, and Josh Hutcherson. "Norbit", starring Eddie Murphy, fell to third place from first place with $20.70 million.
