Son of the Mask “Say it aint so” — POET93081 [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... Well I must say when I saw the poster for the new Mask movie I was very excited. however when i realized it would not be done with Jim Carrey I lost some interest. When I read what the movie would be about I lost the rest of any interest that had remained at that point. A baby? Come on now. Why? Why would you do this to a classic? Dumb and Dummerer was bad enough. They really need to stop making sequals to movies that can't possibly live up to the first one. I'll probably go see it on two conditions. One if it is free, and two if there is nothing of any interest playing that week. Otherwise iwil simply wait for it to be released on DVD a week after it opens and watch it in the comfort of my own house where no one will know I paid to see it!
