| I've read and reread the Chronicles of Narnia since I was 5 and I've watched and rewatched the old BBC movies dozens of times. Finally, Hollywood is taking one of the greatest children's series of all time (yes, there were children's books before J.K. Rowling believe it or not) and turning it into a big budget motion picture. All I can say is... if they stay true to the book this movie is going to blow Harry Potter out of the water and match the grandeur of Lord of the Rings. It will be interesting to see the similarites between Peter Jackson's masterpieces and this because C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkein were good friends (in a writer's club in fact).
