Okay here I go with the story.

Chapter one.

Shawnie McCartney walked down the asile of the train. She was being sent to another home(As were her other sisters and older brother.) The Air-raids on Lodon were happening. Her mother was sending them to another place for their protection.

Her fathers words before he went to war were in her head. "I love you Shawnster, I'll be home soon." What a lie! Shawnie thought bitterly. I was lucky enough to get away from Bella. Bella was Shawnie's younger sister, Shawnie on the other hand was the middle child.

She also had an older sister and brother(Who she disliked a lot.) She walked a little futher. Her thoughts were bitter right now. I wish I was an only child. "Are you looking for a place to sit?" A younger voice said. Shawnie looked down. There stood a young girl probably Bell's age, she thought. She had brown-red hair, green eyes. "Yes I do." Shawnie said trying to be polite. The girl pulled Shawnie into her part of the train. There was two boys sitting on the oppisite side, one had brown hair and eyes, You could say he looked a lot like Shawnie. The other boy looked to be a few years older than his brother, he had blonde hair and brown eyes. Then there was a older girl reading a book, she had brown hair also. Her eyes looked to be a green grayish color.

Shawnie didn't say anything. The oldest boy looked at her. "Who's you're friend Lucy?" He said. Lucy so that's her name, she thought. "She need's a place to sit Peter." Lucy said. So his name is Peter, Shawnie thought again. "You can sit next to my brother if you'd like."he told Shawnie. "Thank you." She said. Shawnie took her place by his brothe. He didn't look at her much. He just turned his head to see her. "Please excuse our brother, he's a little craby." Peter told her. " I am not." He said. "Don't worry." Shawnie said. "I'm sure you can't compare to me."

"What's your name?" The eldest girl asked her. "It's Shawnie McCarty." She said. "That's nice name, Mine's Susan." She said. "So were's the rest of your family?" Peter asked Shawnie. "My other three siblings are in another part of the train. My mum I don't know where she is, and my father is in the war." She said. "Our father's in the war too." The younger boy said. "Wow those are the first words Ed has spoke in at least an hour." Lucy said. "That's his name?" Shawnie asked. "Well, it's really Edmund. But we call him that." Susan told her. "At least we have someting in commom." She mummerd. "Excuse me?" Peter asked her. "I said that's one thing we have in common. He has a strange name and so do I." "What do most people call you?" Edmund asked her. "It's either Shawnster or Shawn." She told him.

They talked for a few minutes, Until a young girl came in. It was Shawnie's younger sister Bella. The reason she wanted to move to a new section. "Shawnie we've been looking for you." Bella said. "What is it?" Shawnie asked her. "We have to get off now. It's our stop." Please, Shawnie thought let there be other kids there! "They just called McCartney and Pevensie." "We're the Pevensie's." Peter said. Please let them be there too.

Maxine( Shawnie's older sister) Held her hand for Shawnie to help her off the train. "I can get off myself." Shawnie said. The children stood together waiting. Shawnie kicked dirt with her foot. "Shawnie!" Tucker snapped. Tucker was Shawnie's brother and the eldest sibling. "You're getting your clothes all dirty." He said. "Thank you FATHER!" she shot back. "I think we've been labled incorectly." Edmund said. "Yeah." Shawnie agreed. "I swear you two are twins." Susan said. "Really?" Maxine said. "We''l trade Shawnie for one of you." She said. Shawnie scoffed "Really I'd love to see the look on mum's face when you tell her you traded me." She said. "Mrs. McReady?" Peter's voice said. "I'm afraid so." An woman's voice said. "And I suppose you're the Pevensie's and McCartney's?" She asked.
"Yes." A few voices said.

On the ride over to the home they'd all be staying at, Shawnie felt as if she were going to be sick. It was bumpy and rocky.
"Wow." Shawnie gasped. The house was huge. She wondered what was kept in all those rooms.

Mrs.McReady went over the rules of the house. Shawnie wasn't even going to bother ro listien. She saw Maxine and Susan trying to touch a statue. "NO touching the historical artifacts." She snapped at them. "Sorry." Maxine and Susan said.

They were in their rooms when Peter, Susan, Edmund, and of course Lucy came in. They were already in their night clothes(As were Shawnie and her siblings. "Theese blankets are made of wool. I can tell. When I move the're scratchy." Bella complaiend. "Well, don't move." Shawnie said. "I wonder when we'll be going home." Lucy wondered "If home's still there," Edmund told her. "Ed! stop that." Peter said. "Shouldn't you already be in bed?" Susan asked him. "Thanks mum!" He shot back to her. "Yes, shouldn't you be in bed too Shawnie?" Maxine asked her. "Who are to say when I should go to bed? Go to bed yourself!" Shawnie shot back. "Here comes miss attitude." Tucker said. "What are we going to do while we're here?" Bella asked. "Hello! Did you see the size of this place?" Shawnie said getting up on her bed. "We can do anything we want!" "Shawnie get down.!" Tucker told her. She got back down. "But didn't Mrs.McReady say..." Susan said. "Forget what she said." Edmund said. He was really agreeing with Shawnie! Shawnie was suprised. "Okay how about we talk more tomarrow?" Peter sugested. "Tuker can I stay with Lucy?" Bella asked. "I don't know you'll have to ask her brother about that." "It's okay with me, if Bella can stay in our room." He said. Shawnie looked at Bella and Lucy both girls were talking. They left with the other three leaving Shawnie, Tucker, and Maxine in there room. Shawnie's last thought before falling asleep was, This will be turly interesting.
