Hey guys! recently, TIME magazine did an article on young singers turned actresses. They mentioned Britney, Mandy, and Alliyah. yet, in The Time Machine , Samantha Mumba, a singer, plays Pearce's love intrest. Why was this not mentioned in TIME? she's a singer is she not? Weird. on a seperate note, i liked at the end of the movie when [SPOILER] Pearce's friend throws off his bowler cap. [/SPOILER] I completely disagree with Ebert giving this movie 1 1/2 stars. it deserves 3 1/2 at least
