The Hulk “Hulk is a great movie.” — vegettoson [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... I watched "hulk" three times and it just keeps getting better. Some people think the it was boring, but I disagree. I thought It is a great movie and Ang Lee did a very good job at telling the story. Ang Lee wanted to make sure that everyone knows about the characters and how they feel about each other. Some people think there is no point in showing that, but there is. Not many poeple know about the history and story behind the Hulk. Sure the Hulk gets angry and goes on a rampage, but you have to know how he feels about it. He's feels sad, Lonely, scared, he also wants to be left alone, he doesn't want to hurt anyone, he wants to be loved, he hates the weaker side of himself, and he want to be excepted by eveyone. If thats not Hulk, then I dont know what is. Bruce Banner is a tortured man who has supressed his memories about his past. Who would blame him? I would want to forget something that horrible. The Hulk was created because of what happened to his parents in the past and yes, because of the experiments by his father. The Hulk is mostly created in Bruce's mind. Not only does Hulk come out when he gets angry, Hulk mostly comes out to protect Bruce and the people he cares about. Hulk only attacks to defend himself, not because he's stupid. I recomend anyone to watch this movie, even if you're not a comic book fan. It's a drama with action in it. There might not be alot of action like you expect it to be, but there is enough to help you understand the movie. Dont judge the movie just because someone says it's terrible, watch it yourself and find out. You wont be disopointed.
