Anticipation Level:
How excited (or not) I am to see this movie...
One word to describe the movie... "Incredible"! It was everything Ang Lee said it would be. I have no idea where some critics are coming from?! Will it top "Spiderman", probably not but this is not the kind of movie that should/would appeal to the 4-5 year olds I saw at the theatre last night. Kids expect the hero to be constantly part of every scene, they expect action all of the time and this is not what u will get from Hulk. It is a great example of great story telling. There was that constant feeling of the "calm before the storm"..The imagery, the actors, the Hulk.. The CGI, without a doubt was my biggest concern and i came out of it totally blown away by the realism and attention to detail..The fight scene with the dogs was amazing. If there was one miss, it was the battle w/his father..did not hit that one! I think it's a movie that should appeal to everyone (adults) but will be mostly appreciated by the hardcore Hulk followers like me..I am looking forward to Hulk 2 where i am sure everyone will get the all action movie they wanted out of Hulk!!!
