From a reliable scooper over at 'Batman on Film':

[Batman: Year One] is still "in development," wink-wink. And so is BATMAN BEYOND and BATMAN vs. SUPERMAN--which Warners insists that they still want to make. So 'dead' may be a bit strong to describe YEAR ONE. Is it going to happen? Probably not...So I think they finally just put it up on the shelf along with BATMAN TRIUMPHANT and BEYOND.
