July 9, 2001 — According to a source of Batman on Film: "I am close to WB, and I am hearing that the live-action BATMAN BEYOND is not going to happen." While this is not yet confirmed, with the cancellation of the Batman Beyond animated and comic book series, this should be considered a definite possibility.
