Warner Bros. Animation has provided The Continuum a first image of Nightwing and Batman from an upcoming episode of Kids' WB!'s The Batman.

Jerry O'Connell is providing the voice of Nightwing in the upcoming "Artifacts." The episode isn't scheduled yet, but will likely be the next new one broadcast.

Here's how "Artifacts" is described:

"One thousand years into the future Gotham City is terrorized by a dangerous villain from its past. Can the city defend itself from such a threat without the Batman?"

Warner Bros. Animation also confirmed the following guest-voices for The Batman:

* Brooke Shields as Julie, the Riddler's girlfriend in "Riddler's Revenge."

* Louis Gossett Jr. as Lucius Fox.

* Dorian Harewood as Martian Manhunter in the two-part "The Joining."

OMG, please not a crappy version of Nightwing and Justice League. If they want to bring back Martian Manhunter and JL, just bring the old show back that is what I want not this new crappy show.

There not doing another JLA. The batman is a good show. I personaly own s1 and s2 and I'm definetly getting season 3 in april. this is probably just one of those let's take a look at the future episodes every show does.

I'm sorry but The Batman is a terrible incarnation of Batman. This Batman just looks too Japanese or Chinese Animation to me. I don't like what they done to the villains and especially the Joker and I didn't like of them bringing Batgirl in before Robin. Batgirl and Robin wasn't even in their teens either. I like Legion of Super Heroes and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fast Forward much better.

I disagree I think they've come up with some good episodes. at first I didn't agree with the addition of batgirl before robing but it made since to me since batgirls older. Somehow it fits with batman beyond in my mind. The poison ivy, batgirl episodes were very good.

I didn't like the idea of this show at first either but watching it, there seems to be alot of action and those scenes are very well done. He really goes through some battles up there.

So is there any new news on Batman Beyond? Probably don't have to ask becuase I already know that they won't make a Batman Beyond movie untell their done with with the Christian Bale Batman.
