There are some laughs to be had and its nice to see Biz Markie (the human beat box know for the single "Just A Friend") as well as David Cross (Mr. Show), but it just doesn't flow like the first and doesn't show us anything new. It is slightly entertaining and the kids as well as the general film-going public will eat it up, however that's not enough for this snooty reviewer. The best I can give this one is 2 out of 5 stars for the two new jokes that we get.
