May 4, 2003 — According to early estimates, by this weekend's end X2 will have made a grand total of $85.9 million, making the mutant x-travaganza the 4th highest opening flick in box office history! Additionally, word from Reuters is that the mighty mutants have already pulled in an estimated $155.2 million in all 93 countries, more than half of the original's total gross! To say this bodes well for the chances of a third mutant outing would be something of an understatement, folks!
