I love the actor who played in Scream as Shaggy he is like so perfect! Is that his actual voice? Or some other one>? I really think he's perfect 4 the job.
Really I liked how the had the whole cast but I think the script is kind of lame. I think they could of cooked up a better one! Daphnie acts a lil more powerful than she really is...In the trailer it showed Daphnie kicking butt. Which is wrong and stupid. But even thou I think the only coolest person is Shaggy and a pup named SCOBBY DOOBY DOOOOOOOO!

Tobey: Who am I? Are U sure U wanna Know? If Somebody told u I was just an average kid without a care in the world then they are wrong.....This is a Story about a gurl.... I luv it when he says that line!!

Just to let you know that the voice of Shaggy is the actor's own vioce. The actor would scream before each take to make his voice a little raspy. By the end of filming he came down with a case of layrengitis ( lost of ones own voice, I think that I spelled it wrong)

Yeah, I think he's great for the role, too! Matthew Lillard is the guy who plays him... he was in like 60 of Freddie Prinze, Jr.'s other movies! It's insane! LOL but yeah, he's a great Shaggy.

I think Sarah Michelle Gellar is too used to being Buffy and it's starting to show through in her other work when she has to be though and strong. And besides, wasn't Daphne always the 'Damsel-in-Distress' type? I can't remember... But either way, it looks like Buffy on the screen and not Daphne. No offense to Sarah or anything, but that's just what I think. Buffy's my fave show, by the way... I never miss an episode! YEAH BUFFY ROX!!!!

LOL I'll shut up now.

the actor is matthew lillard,i think that he is good for the part because he looks and sounds exactly like shaggy a link called 13th street has shaggy vocalizing.

I totally agree with all of you, they could not find a better actor to play shaggy than Matthew Lillard. I have never been a huge fan of his but this part was made for him. He looks exactly like him and sounds amazing. The trailer for the movie looks really good. Scooby looks very well done and of course scooby and shaggy will rightfully carry the movie.

Not to flame, give heat, or be mean to anybody AT ALL, but that's Matthew Lillard's own, unique, real, sexy voice (and YES I think his voice IS sexy...!!!). It's not the actor from the cartoon-it's his actual voice. I know, it sounds way too close to be his, but in reality it IS his. Sorry! My favorite characters were Daphne and Velma.
