Predators “NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!” — Raven2909 [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... I LOVE PREDATOR, there i said it, in fact given the chance i'd probably marry one! But the movie will fail if they use this idea! PROBLEM1- Why would predators attack earth, its like us destroying all sources of food available (and no i am not saying predators need us for food) hunting is their life, they may have many hunting grounds but all of them (including earth) are sacred and they would NEVER invade ANY of them, and thats not even adressing the point that if that happened the movie would last a total of 10 minutes, advanced technology, superior strength, spaceships! We wouldn't have a chance. PROBLEM2- Humans attacking their 'home world' first, huh. I mean predators live in clan ships only the females live planet side, and they have many worlds, how would they choose which one to attack, the other flaw is that "IF" the predators were gonna attack us, they would plan it from their ships sitting in orbit, cloaked obviously, I mean why would they plan something light years away only to arrive with a change in circumstances, that would be stupid. Of coarse I havent addressed the possibility that the predators are out for revenge /BEEP/ wrong, in the previous movies the main characters may have killed predators, but that only earns them respect among their ranks! The only way this story could work is if the humans have decided to strike at the predators first, so they find a planet inhabited by preds and send a team of marines to do reconicence (but have a sorta stargate thing where their leader actually has the objective of blowing it up) and when they get there they find it is only populated by females and their babies, they get orders to take an infant alive, unfortunatly for them they werent aware that females are twice as dangerous as males!
