i think they should make a trilogy aboit the begining of civilazation in the star wars universe. set thousands of years before anakin and luke. that comic book miniseries "golden age of the sith" could be used for reference.

I totally agree... I think they should go back and show the formation of the Republic from loose "clans" of planets that are unable to defend themselves from the onslaught of the Sith Empire. Just like the Theed govenor said..."There hasn't been a full scale war since the formation of the Republic ". Using the Expanded Universe (Golden Age of the Sith, etc.) as sorce material.

acually there is another trillogy eps. 7,8 and 9. ive talked to adults that saw the eps. 4 when it first came out in theaters in 78 i think it was; it was said that there where suppost to be 3 trillogies. lucas planned to start with eps. 4, 5, and 6 because the first three because he didnot have the tech. to make the first three.
the second trillogy(eps 4,5 and 6) is the story revolved around luke while the first trillogy (eps 1,2 and 3) revolves around anican and the third trillogy(eps 7,8 and 9) revolves around lea's kids, but i dont think luke has any.

episode 7 would be a continuation from epsisode 6 going about 20 years in the future most likely. the problem is lukas doesnt want to make them most likely because of all the work involved in making it, hes getting old and too tired to do it. if the third trillogy was made the original actors who played luke, lea and hon solo; imagine how much ass that would kick

both eps. 1 and 2 were great;if lucus decided to do the first trillogy instead of the second one back in 78, you would probably say the same thing about eps. 4 and 5.

well guys I agree there wont be another trilogy unless Lucas' protrege continues after he is gone. However i did find info about it by searching star wars episodes 7,8,9. I read the pilots and luke has a son named Ben and Han and leia has a son named Anakin whom also is more powerful than his grandfather. May the force be with all

But there sould be 100 tv episodes (a series) comin out soon about life between ep 3 and 4.
