According to Wizard Magazine, Black Panther won't begin until after a certain vampire trilogy is finished...

"[Writer David] Goyer, who's worked with [Wesley] Snipes on Blade and Blade II said he and Snipes may get to work on the Black Panther outline as soon as Blade II if finished. Marvel Films sees Black Panther as the next major franchise for Snipes. "We really think this will be Wesley's next big project," says Executive Producer Avi Arad. "He's very interested in this and it's a perfect vehicle for him." Don't expect to see a Black Panther film until after Blade 3 is out of theaters.
