This is the best Batman movie ever!To start off the story was excellently done,it had many plot twists that made you keep on wondering what will happen next and the ending is one of the most climactic endings I have ever seen in a movie.
And the directing was brilliant, Christopher Nolan deserves an Oscar or at least a nomination for his excellent job.The way it was filmed reminded me of an independent film.And the way he filmed the fight scenes was excellent,he filmed them always in close proximity to the fight and used very quick editing giving the fight a more frantic and exciting feel.
And I can't say enough about all the actors performances,they were all excellent.Christian Bale,Michael Caine,Gary Oldman,Liam Neeson,Katie Holmes,and Cillian Murphy all played their roles so well you can't imagine anyone else in their roles.And everyone else did great as well.
Also the effects used in the film were great,they used very little cgi and it ended up looking great.The score,although not as memorable as Danny Elfman's,really set the tone of the film from the start.And the look of the city,and its people ware great and it gave it a very dark,gritty feel.And the new batmobile,although I wasn't that crazy about its look,ended up having some of the coolest scenes in the movie.
All in all this isn't just one of the best comic movies,it is one of the best movies ever period.If you had a choice of only one movie to see this summer make sure it is
