Batman Begins “Fan of the original” — pavlorestis [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... I'm no die-hard comic book fan, but I really enjoyed the original Batman directed by Tim Burton. It was dark, moody and lead by great performances by Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson. To this day I think it's the definitive Batman film. After "Batman Returns" the other 2 films were CRAP!
