Would the cable of Batman's grapple shooter, run into the crossbeams of the elevated tram? Unless it was some sort of suspension rip in the physical universe, but I'm pretty sure that by swinging underneath the moving cart, and in between the upright supports for the tram, the cable that was connecting him to the upper rail-car would get rapped up in the crossbeams supporting the other two lower rails. any input or thoughts would be great

It's called "suspension of disbelief". You're just supposed to accept that it would be plausible, even though you know it isn't in real life. After all it's just a movie and nothing turns out perfect.
