Anyway kind of moving off topic, Jason Alexander as Pegiun in my oppion he is took young looker, The right build, The right voice, but with pegiun you need someone a little older to play the part. However Jason does have a good vocal approach, So i would say No for him in the movies but He would be great as the Pegiun in the animated series. If they needed to replace the voice of pegiun in the current The Batman cartoon then he would be great to take over.

While I disagree that Penguin is a comedic character and that he would not work in a new Batman movie.

My problem with him is simply that I find him to be uninteresting. He's just a small time hood who's excentricities have made him more popular and/or obvious. I would be fine if they used him as a cameo. But the Penguin never deserves top billing as a Batman villain.
