I've got the soundtrack and I'm listening 2 it 4 the 6th time and it sounds amazing. I really loved Batman's new theme. It's better than the themes in the past movies. It's kind of weird, but the music kind of reminds me of the theme song from "SPEED". But this soundtrack is probably the best soundtrack ever!!

The Soundtrack was released the same day as the film ... except very few stores carrry it, which is kind of odd considering how big the film is. Anyway, I ordered it right away. I listen to it nearly everyday --it's amazing!

What's so cool, is the collaboration of two of the best film composers in the industry: Hanz Zimmer and James Newton Howard. It's a memorable soundtrack that is neither overbearing nor camp -- it's a completely serious and beautiful score. I love it.

"I touched it! I touched it! I felt the heat! I can taste it in my mouth, oil and cordite! Dr. Rawlin, do you remember how we had helped build the runway? If we die like the others, our bones would be IN the runway. In a way, it's OUR runway... "

The soundtrack is cool, but confusing. It is out order in tune with the film. Plus it's only an hour long. I guess they reused tracks on some scenes. The presentations of the Elfman scores are better in the area that hey sync up with the film. Oh yeah, what is obviously the Scarecrow track has voices and other weird things in it. It scared the crap out of me while I was zoning out listening to it.

I love the soundtrack, very dark and brooding. I'm a huge fan of Hans, and I think he could've done a bit more w/ it, but nonetheless a very powerful album.

Go to this site. It's pretty good in terms of reviews and stuff. Really gets into the soundtrack and you can almost hear it just by reading sometimes.

It's good for major movie score releases tho, rather than the smaller ones, but its still good nonetheless.

You can find it at your local Barnes & Nobal store or your local Target store. I bought mines at Barnes & Nobal .
