October 8, 2001 — Acorrding to CHUD Ben Stiller is currently involved in the big screen version of the 1970s TV classic Starsky and Hutch. He'll be starring and producing. Will it be a serious take, or will it be jokey? No one is sure right now (including the people making it apparently - they are still discussing the "concept and the take"), but it seems like it would be a comedy if Stiller is in it.

His other movie is Duplex, which he is directing and costarring with Drew Barrymore.

"It's about a couple that buys this brownstone, and it's their first house and it's a perfect place, except for one thing: There's this older tenant, this old lady, who lives on the top floor in a rent-controlled apartment, who ends up making their life a living hell," he says. "They try to figure out how to get rid of her."
