Can anyone help me? I need to know what the song is that plays during the scene in Serendipity where John Cusack and Jeremy Piven are searching libraries --- about in the middle of the movie. It's a jazz song that's not on the soundtrack and I need to find out what it is ASAP! Reply here or e-mail summermegan@hotmail.com -- thanks

If I remember the scene correctly - the song you're referring to is by St. Germain, called Red Rouge off their Tourist cd. The original jazz component is sampled from Dave Brubeck - the track called Take Five available on many of his cds inlc. his greatest hits.

I highly recommend the St. Germain cd - especially if you like jazz/acid jazz

Hope this helps
