Never Fall In Love…but you will on December 18, 2001 when Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment debuts the home video and DVD release of Director Baz Luhrmann’s “fabulous, sexy, witty, and absolutely amazing” (NBC-TV, San Francisco) Moulin Rouge on VHS (for rent) and Special Edition DVD (for sale and rent). Moulin Rouge was a theatrical event, grossing more than $55 million at the box office, and went on to become the year’s biggest pop culture phenomenon, spawning the #1 soundtrack for eight weeks in a row, the #1 single “Lady Marmalade” (featuring Christina Aguilera, Lil’ Kim, Maya, and Pink) for seven weeks in a row, and winning MTV’s “Best Video Of The Year.”
