The Hollywood Reporter reports news that "Legally Blonde" will indeed be having it's own Television Series on ABC! Apparently, the newtork bid highest and won for the comedy series based on this Summer's hit!

The project, to be produced by MGM and Touchstone Television, has been given a put pilot commitment from ABC. As reported, Marc Platt, a producer on the film who has an overall deal with Touchstone TV, is set to executive produce the TV series. No writer has been attached to the project, and the lead, played in the film by Reese Witherspoon, is yet to be cast.

Some extra news on "Legally Blonde," this film has become one of the breakouts that no one knew would by grossing $93 Million on a budget of just $18 Million!
