THE HITCHHIKER'S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY producer Robbie Stamp was also on hand at BNAT (Austin Butt-Numb-Athon) to take attendees through a slide show of concept art and the first look at the film's Vogons, a race of bad-tempered and callous bureaucrats from the planet Vogsphere, tasked with many of the unpleasant Galactic government jobs  including the demolition of planets. The Vogons are being brought to life by the Jim Henson Creature Shop.

The slide show was a hit with audience members and AICN founder Harry Knowles, who writes, "My most favorite was the HITCHHIKER'S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY SlideShow put on by Producer Robbie Stamp who was just so passionate and so Douglas infected that you could just feel the love he had for the project and the audience as well as myself reacted wonderfully."
