I have seen the Hitchhiker's Guide and loved it. Now I'd like to read the books and I was wondering if they were as good as the movie. What do you (people who have read them) think?

For those who don't know me (which means for most of you), I have to tell you I'm the galaxy's biggest Gollum fan! If anyone else thinks he's cute, please write to me so I can see I'm not the only one and show my friends that I'm not totally crazy...

The books are fabulous! I HIGHLY recommend reading them! The movie left out little details, but overall it was a very good adaptation. READ THEM!

Haha! I'm back and I've read them all! You were right, they're great. Really funny. And I love Marvin even more than in the movie, though I though he looked fantastic.

I think the film compliments the book, the books are great, really are.

The last two parts to the collection, cos there are five parts, and the last two

So long and thanks for all the fish

And The mostly harmless book

They arent quite up to standards but are still good

I hope they realease them all on film
